A study by Australian researchers has found that recovery from low back pain is much slower than previously thought and is even slower for those with an injury which warrants compensation.
Can more information result in less food being wasted? Researchers will be investigating this together with pupils and teachers across the whole of Sweden in the ‘Get wise on food waste' project. To assist them, they will be using an artificial intelligence app and the world's largest food sustainability database.
The WIN Consortium, supported by its media partner Nature Publishing Group, has opened registration for the second annual WIN Symposium, to be held in the Palais des Congrès, Paris, on the 7th to 9th of July 2010. The WIN Symposium is an open and interactive forum designed to promote rapid translation of ground-breaking personalized cancer medicine discoveries to clinical practice.
People who suffer with persistent asthma from a young age are more likely to leave school at 16 years old and those who make it to university are more likely to drop out early, according to new research presented today (Sunday) at the European Respiratory Society International Congress.
