Isotechnika Pharma Inc. today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Isotechnika Labs, has amended its agreement with Paladin Labs Inc. concerning its remaining stake in the revenue stream from the Isodiagnostika business sold to Paladin on June 18, 2009.
