Immune therapies have been explored as a way to treat cancer after it develops. But a new study from the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center suggests that genetic risk of prostate cancer can be reduced by rescuing critical immune system cells.
Shionogi Pharma, Inc., a U.S.-based group company of Shionogi & Co., Ltd., today presented data summarizing the results of two pivotal studies of the investigational new drug PSD502, a topical metered dose spray being developed for the treatment of primary premature ejaculation (PE). These data were presented at the 2010 American Urological Association (AUA) Annual Meeting in San Francisco.
House and Senate lawmakers as well as insurance companies all agree on the need for health insurance exchanges that would allow people who don't get coverage from their employers to shop for better values and compare plans.
Researchers at Columbia University recently analyzed the positive effects of Modified Citrus Pectin (MCP) on human and mouse prostate cancer cell lines.
