Southwest Bancorp prices underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 common stock shares at $12.50 per share

Southwest Bancorp, Inc., today announced that it has priced its underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $12.50 per share for net proceeds of approximately $47.0 million. The offering was increased from the previously announced offering size of approximately $40 million. The offering is expected to close on April 29, 2010.
