Braun the exclusive marketing, sales, installation, implementation, interface, manufacturing, and technical support European rights for CytoCare, a robot designed to manufacture chemotherapy and hazardous IV Admixtures, and which rights B. Braun had previously acquired from Health Robotics in 2007 and 2008.
