Trius prices 10,000,000 shares initial public offering

Trius Therapeutics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company developing innovative antibiotics for serious, life-threatening infections, announced today the initial public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $5.00 per share.
