Noveko International to raise funds for pursuing its global growth objectives
Noveko International Inc. ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Desjardins Securities Inc. as lead Agent on behalf of a syndicate (collectively "the Agents") to raise approximately C$10 million of Units (the "Units") by way of a best efforts private placement (the "Offering").
