The prospective, multi-site study, entitled, "Assessing the Impact of Margin Reduction (AIM)," is the first outcomes-based study to evaluate the quality of life of high-dose intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) to the prostate with tightly contoured treatment technically described as "reduced treatment margins."
