CVS Caremark announced today that the Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute (PBMI) awarded the company and its PBM client ArcelorMittal, the world's largest steel company, the 2011 Rx Benefit Innovation Award. Savient Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced it has priced $200 million aggregate principal amount of 4.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2018 (the "Notes") pursuant to an automatically effective registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 31, 2011. In addition, Savient has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional $30 million aggregate principal amount of Notes, solely to cover over-allotments.
