Peanuts are one of the most common triggers of severe food-induced allergic reactions, which can be fatal, and the prevalence of peanut allergy is increasing. In a recent study published in the Journal of Alzheimer's Disease, researchers at Okayama University developed a technique to uncover molecules within the blood which can help doctors differentiate patients with Alzheimer's disease from healthy individuals.
Normally your kidneys filter about 50 gallons of blood a day, remove such waste as salts and minerals, and concentrate it into urine. When you exercise or don't take in water, your blood "thickens" and instead of removing water, the kidney reverses the process, pulls in water from the body that would normally go into the urine, and puts it into the blood, thus maintaining water balance.
Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. announced today the termination of its collaboration with CureTech Ltd.
Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc., an emerging specialty pharmaceutical company, today announced that clinical and preclinical data highlighting the safety and efficacy of EXPARELâ„¢ will be presented at two medical meetings.
