Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company, today announced it has completed the divestiture of its Breast Care business to Devicor Medical Products, Inc., a portfolio company of GTCR. Financial terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
Teagasc research shows that loss of body fat causes the growth of the intestine and increases its capacity to absorb nutrients. This presents new approaches for weight management.
