A new study led by an International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF) research committee has found that daily average calcium intake among adults varies widely around the world. Critically low intake was found in certain Asian, African and Latin American countries - while studies showed nearly double the intake in many European countries and in the USA.
Clark McCarthy Healthcare Partners II, a joint venture of Clark Construction Group and McCarthy Building Companies Inc., was recently awarded a $648 million contract by The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District to build the Fort Bliss Replacement Hospital in El Paso.
A.P. Pharma, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company, today announced that, on May 18, 2010, the Company received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market (Nasdaq) indicating that the minimum closing bid price of its common stock had fallen below $1.00 for 30 consecutive trading days, and therefore, A.P. Pharma was not in compliance with Marketplace Rule 5550(a)(2).
