The International Essential Tremor Foundation is proud to announce that the United States House of Representatives formally passed House Resolution 1264 sponsored by Congressman Dennis Moore officially designating the month of March as "National Essential Tremor Awareness Month".

A recent study accepted for publication in The Endocrine Society's Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism (JCEM) has demonstrated a novel and accurate test for early diagnosis of Turner syndrome. An important randomized trial shows that when vitamin D is supplemented at high doses in the last three months of pregnancy, there is a fall in the occurrence of enamel defects in the deciduous (milk) and permanent teeth of the offspring by half, over the next 6 years, compared to a low dose supplementation.
