Phoenix Health Systems, a premier provider of integrated information technology outsourcing and consulting services for healthcare organizations, announced today that Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, PA, has signed a three year agreement with Phoenix for comprehensive IT infrastructure outsourcing services.

In urban streams, persistent pharmaceutical pollution can cause aquatic microbial communities to become resistant to drugs. So reports a new study published today in the journal Ecosphere.
A new study has shown that the drug CellCept is just as good at fighting kidney complications from the debilitating disease lupus with far fewer side effects than standard treatment using the cancer drug Cytoxan.
