An interactive computer software program appears to be effective in helping patients manage their Type 2 diabetes using their mobile phones, according to a new study by University of Maryland School of Medicine researchers.
The Lancet Oncology published this week findings from a study, which showed that the new oral therapy IMNOVID®▼ (pomalidomide), used in combination with low-dose dexamethasone demonstrated a significant survival advantage over high-dose dexamethasone alone, in patients with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma (rrMM).1
The American Chemical Society (ACS) will hold a special day-long symposium on the Deepwater Horizon oil spill on Tuesday, Aug. 24 during its National Meeting & Exposition here.
