Teleflex Incorporated today announced that it priced its previously announced public offering of $350 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.875% convertible senior subordinated notes due 2017. In addition, Teleflex granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional $50 million in aggregate principal amount of convertible notes within 13 days from the date of closing of the offering.
