Haemonetics Corporation today reported second quarter fiscal 2014 net revenue of $235.8 million, up 8%, GAAP net income of $16.5 million and earnings per share of $0.32. Adjusted net income, exclusive of transformation, integration and deal amortization expenses detailed below, was $34.4 million, up 24%, and adjusted earnings per share were $0.66, up 24%.
