Meridian Bioscience, Inc., Cincinnati, Ohio today announced that it has entered into an exclusive, world-wide product development and distribution agreement with DiaSorin S.p.A. Under terms of the agreement, DiaSorin will utilize key Meridian technology to develop several infectious disease products for use on their LIAISON systems.
In an effort to build the groundwork for future research on health promotion among individuals with colorectal and other cancers, a team of investigators at The Cancer Institute of New Jersey (CINJ) has launched a new study examining patterns in physical activity and eating habits of colorectal cancer patients who have recently finished treatment. CINJ is a Center of Excellence of UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
Decades of studies have documented the link between eating a diet rich in vegetables and multiple health benefits, yet nearly eight out of 10 people worldwide fall short of the daily recommendation.
