Five Dartmouth College alumni and health care investors have committed a total of $1.4 million in gifts to launch the Dartmouth Innovations Accelerator for Cancer.
Inergetics, Inc., a leader in targeted product development for the Clinical Nutrition and Sports Supplement Markets, today announced that the Company has agreed in principle with Windmill Health Products to a three year exclusive distributor relationship to sell and market its Surgex sports supplement across multiple classes of trade worldwide.
Researchers from institutions across Washington, DC, led by Alan E. Greenberg, M.D., M.P.H., of The George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services, have been awarded an approximately $3M grant over five years from the National Institutes of Health to establish the District of Columbia Developmental Center for AIDS Research.
Compared with conventional treatment, early surgery for patients with infective endocarditis and large vegetations significantly reduces the risk for death or embolic events by reducing the risk for systemic embolism, show results from a randomized trial.
