Scientists at The University of Arizona have added another piece of the puzzle of how the brain processes memory.
The Chinese Ministry of Health has today reported diagnostic confirmation of SARS infection in two patients previously under investigation in Beijing. Confirmation is based on the results of laboratory tests, clinical symptoms, and a history of close contact with a known case.
Today the United States Senate voted to pass S. 5, the "Stem Cell Research Enhancement Act." Tony Perkins, president of Family Research Council, issued the following statement:
A team of researchers working at the MR-Center of the University Children's Hospital in Zürich has completed a pilot study using transcranial MR-guided focused ultrasound to treat 10 patients with neuropathic pain.
