Treating insomnia with digital programs can improve insomnia symptoms, daytime functioning and overall health, a new study from the University of Oxford and Northwestern Medicine has found.
IBM scientists have been able to image the "anatomy" - or chemical structure - inside a molecule with unprecedented resolution, using a complex technique known as noncontact atomic force microscopy.

Active antiviral ingredients in the extracts inhibit docking of viral proteins to cells. Antiviral activity of Cistus extracts also targets Ebola- and Marburg viruses.
Poor diet and lack of exercise are associated with cancer development, but the underlying biology is not well understood.
