Researchers at Penn State College of Medicine have developed a new method to model how genes interact with each other - and it may someday contribute to the development of personalized treatments for patients.
Triple Ring Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of early-stage advanced research and development services, today announced that it has been awarded a Challenge Grant from the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI), a division of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
The U.S. Agriculture Department has confirmed that an Alabama cow suspected of having mad cow disease, did have the fatal brain disease.
Results from a recent study published in the Journal of Alzheimer's Disease support the cognitive benefits of DHA, which have been consistently demonstrated with doses of 900 mg/day or greater.
Activant Solutions Inc., a leading provider of retail and distribution business management solutions, today announced that Lifechek Drug Inc. has selected the Activant Eagle® software platform to be its business management and Point-of-Sale (POS) solution. Lifechek executives selected the Activant Eagle solution as part of a greater effort to improve and expand its front store retail business.
