CryoLife, Inc. (NYSE: CRY), an implantable biological medical device and cardiovascular tissue processing company, announced today that it filed an emergency motion for a preliminary injunction against Medafor, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta division.
