United Medical Systems announces the acquisition of MoBx Mobile Breast Services, a Vacaville, California-based company for an undisclosed cash amount. The acquisition expands UMS' stereotactic operations throughout Northern California. United Medical Systems is an international leader in shared medical services providing mobile services to over 625 hospitals and medical centers in 32 states and South America.
