Bestnet A/S announced today that the company has entered into an agreement with Shobikaa Impex Pvt Ltd. in regard to DuraNet® Long Lasting Insecticide Nets (LLINs).
A new study showed that women experience more intense pain than men. The study published in the Jan. 23 issue of the Journal of Pain, further suggests that greater effort is needed to recruit women into studies in order to determine the reasons for this gender difference. The Stanford University School of Medicine investigators examined pain scores from tens of thousands of patients in the United States.
Speech disorders are highly prevalent among children with cerebral palsy and vary according to the nature and timing of the brain injury, an investigation by Swedish researchers has found.
A study by Stephanie Cosentino, Ph.D., of Columbia University, New York, and colleagues examines the relationship between families with exceptional longevity and cognitive impairment consistent with Alzheimer disease.
Upon a heart infarct or stroke, rapid restoration of blood flow, and oxygen delivery to the hypoperfused regions is of eminent importance to prevent further damage to the heart or brain. Arterial diameter is a critical determinant of blood flow conductance.
