A new smartphone app is helping University of Virginia Health System surgery patients follow a treatment program to better prepare them for surgery and speed their recovery.
TomoTherapy Incorporated announced today that the Institute Curie Hospital in France has purchased a second TomoTherapy® radiation therapy system, to support the increasing demand for intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT). The Institute Curie Hospital has been treating cancer patients with TomoTherapy technology since March 2007, when it became the first hospital in France to adopt the technology.
TSO3 Inc., an innovator in sterilization technology for medical devices in healthcare settings, today announced the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary: TSO3 Corporation, structured under the laws of the State of Delaware, and located in the State of South Carolina, USA.
Yousuf El-Jayyousi, a junior engineering student at the University of Missouri, wanted guidance and reassurance that it would be safe to go back to school for the fall semester. He tuned into a pair of online town halls organized by the university hoping to find that.
