For years, fiber intake among the global population has been extremely low, setting the stage for potentially serious, long-term public health implications. New research commissioned by Tate & Lyle and presented at the 2012 Experimental Biology conference in San Diego adds to the body of emerging research on fibers, including additional support for the role of soluble corn fiber in bone health.
Xenomics, Inc. a developer of trans-renal molecular diagnostic technologies, announced today that it has filed a complaint against Sequenom, Inc. in the Supreme Court of the State of New York alleging that Sequenom fraudulently misrepresented to Xenomics the status of its testing for Down Syndrome and based upon such conduct, Xenomics was induced to enter into a license agreement with Sequenom thereby giving up various valuable patent rights.
Sage Analytics, the developers of a new generation of equipment for the testing of marijuana potency and moisture content, announced today the release of the new Luminary Profiler, the industry's first product suite capable of delivering highly accurate light-based measurement in a cost-effective, portable unit.
