Roche announced today the U.S. introduction of the cobas e 602 analyzer, the latest addition to the cobas 8000 modular analyzer series for diagnostic labs with high-volume workloads. Labs will now be able to combine this new immunoassay module with two existing clinical chemistry modules to create an integrated platform with 24 unique system configurations to match their specific testing needs.

This is the only way to fix the problem once and for all before the baby boomers begin to use Medicare in droves (J. James Rohack, 5/13).
Hologic, Inc., a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of premium diagnostic products, medical imaging systems and surgical products dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of women, will focus on two new, ready-to-market automated options for cervical cancer screening at the International Papillomavirus Conference & Clinical Workshop (IPV) September 17th through 22nd in Berlin, Germany.
SCRA Technology Ventures today announced that four of its SC Launch companies have been named winners at this year's InnoVision Technology Awards. Sabai Technology, Sensor Electronic Technology, Inc., Selah Genomics, Inc. and VidiStar, LLC were recognized during the awards dinner presented by McNair Attorneys on November 14th.
