Recent research has shown that lower blood levels of vitamin D increase the risk of dying early.
Demonstrating its continued commitment to patient care, GE Healthcare announced an additional $300 million investment in low-dose technologies and unveiled an array of radiation-dose management offerings today at RSNA 2011.

Akdeniz University Hospital in Antalya (Turkey) compounds 90% of its 80.000 annual chemotherapy intravenous doses with 4 CytoCare robots and related Health Robotics' technology, or an average of 325 patient doses per 6-hour work cycle.
