College students who exercised vigorously for 20 minutes at least three days a week were less likely to report poor mental health and perceived stress, according to a study in the American Journal of Health Promotion. However, socializing-defined in the study as having five or more friends or spending more than 2 hours a day with others-mediates this finding somewhat, revealing that some of the benefits of physical activity may come from its social aspects.
The N95 respirator masks should be preserved for health-care workers involved in inserting breathing tubes for patients with COVID-19. More common medical masks are fine for all other COVID-19 treatment, says preliminary research from McMaster University.

An agreement was reached today between Ensocare and New Jersey-based iMPak Health to include iMPak's innovative medication management system, Kraken, as part of the Ensocare sales portfolio. Ensocare will serve as an authorized re-seller for the Kraken system, which may be sold alone or, in the future, as an integrated feature inside of Ensocare's Sync and Connect software engines.
