Anesiva, Inc. announced today that the stockholders of Anesiva approved the merger with Arcion Therapeutics, Inc. ("Arcion") during its December 3, 2009 shareholder meeting. Nearly the entire staff of the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council has been let go due to a political disagreement between Gov.
