Fromer-GPF Patient Journey launched to help primary care physicians improve patient care

Group Practice Forum, an independent network of medical professionals, today announced the official launch of the Fromer-GPF Patient Journey, a proprietary workflow solution designed to provide primary care physicians with simple solutions to improve patient care.
