Wolters Kluwer Health today announced that one of its wholly- owned subsidiaries has entered into an agreement to acquire Pharmacy OneSource, a leading healthcare Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider that helps hospitals manage the complex challenges of patient safety, compliance and efficiency.
