HemCon disappointed with CAFC decision over Marine Polymer patent infringement case

HemCon Medical Technologies, Inc. announced today that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) issued an en banc decision on March 15, 2012 in the 2006 patent infringement case brought by Marine Polymer Technologies Inc.
