Somaxon Pharmaceuticals to sell 4 million common stock shares

Somaxon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced that it is offering to sell up to 4,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Jefferies & Company, Inc. is acting as sole book-running manager in the offering. The co-manager in the offering is Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.
