Impax executes definitive agreement to acquire Tower Holdings, Lineage Therapeutics

Impax Laboratories, Inc. today announced the execution of a definitive agreement under which Impax will acquire Tower Holdings, Inc., including operating subsidiaries CorePharma LLC and Amedra Pharmaceuticals LLC, and Lineage Therapeutics Inc.
