Alphatec Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Alphatec Spine, Inc., a medical device company that designs, develops, manufactures and markets products for the surgical treatment of spine disorders, with a focus on treating conditions related to the aging spine, announced that it is offering to sell 8,000,000 primary shares of its common stock and a selling shareholder, HealthpointCapital Partners, L.P., is offering 8,000,000 shares of Alphatec common stock in an underwritten public offering.

R.N.'s assist patient in recovering and maintaining their physical or mental health. They assist physicians during treatments and examinations and administer medications. (2) A provider who is trained and educated in a formal nursing education program at an accredited school of nursing, passes a national certification examination, and is licensed by the state to practice nursing.
