Codexis prices initial common stock public offering at $13.00 per share

Codexis, Inc. announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock, at $13.00 per share. All shares are being sold by the company. Codexis has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares at the initial public offering price to cover overallotments, if any.
