Researchers at the University of California, Riverside have found that breathing "second-hand" smoke reduces the speed at which wounds heal, leading to greater levels of scarring.

Sleep and yoga intervention shows promising effects on improving sleep health behaviors

Pilot study results indicate that a sleep and yoga intervention has promising effects on improving sleep disturbance, sleep-related impairment, and sleep health behaviors.

Not feeling pain due to genetic mutation may not be a blessing
