Dynasil third-quarter revenue increases 33% to $11.3 million

Dynasil Corporation of America today announced record financial results for its 2010 third quarter, which ended June 30, 2010. The Company posted record revenue for the 2010 third quarter of $11.3 million which compares to $8.5 million in the third-quarter of 2009, a 33% increase year over year. Operating income, net income and diluted earnings per share for the quarter were $1.33 million, $727,646, and $0.05, increases of 92%, 85%, and 120%, respectively, compared with the prior year.
